eCommerce Customer Service Representative

JOB FUNCTION: 

• Support online sales transactions including refunds, returns management, complaints
• Enter orders into ERP and CMS system as needed
• Provide customers and marketplace vendors (eBay, Walmart, Sears, Amazon) with product and service information
• Function as a live online help desk to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests in a high volume call center
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Research billing errors and correct as needed
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with online sales support
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Successfully and professionally handles customer complaints
• Builds long-term relationships with customers
• Empathizes with the customer during difficult situations
• Replies promptly to all inquiries of customers via email
• Processes customer orders promptly and efficiently
• Manages the customer accounts efficiently and accurately
• Is able to use automated information systems to analyze customer situations
• Strong team player and commitment to company values

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a high volume call center environment in sales and/or manufacturing organization
• High school diploma - College preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
