We are looking for a motivated, detailed oriented warehouse clerk to work in our poly bag department processing Amazon orders in our Tennessee Distribution Center. JOB FUNCTION:

• Enter routing for Amazon orders
• Receive routing and shipping information from Amazon
• Maintain Amazon spreadsheet for Polybag
• Research Amazon errors
• Manage the Amazon Ship windows to ensure on-time accuracy
• Keeping paperwork organized and sorted
• Help process Amazon orders in Polybag
• Work with Customer Service with future dated Amazon orders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Successfully and professionally handles Amazon routing and shipping
• Replies promptly to all inquiries of customer service reps via email or phone
• Processes routing request and pending shipments promptly
• Strong team player and commitment to company values
• Provide the highest quality support to Warehouse and Customer Service

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years' customer service experience, warehouse and/or manufacturing organization preferred
• High school diploma - College preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
