Propper International based out of St. Charles, Missouri is looking for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing sales of high quality military, law enforcement, and tactical apparel and gear in the company's southern Florida sales territory by developing new dealers, growing existing dealers and generating demand by calling on and working with end users, including but not limited to military base supply stores, public safety dealers and distributors, military surplus stores, retail storefronts, internet and catalog distributors, government agencies, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, correctional facilities, and security organizations. Duties include identifying sales prospects and building new sales relationships, with a particular focus on developing and securing sales opportunities with U.S. federal government agencies such as Department of Homeland Security; making a minimum of 16-20sales calls per week to achieve assigned sales goals, including calling on military leads and contacts; negotiating sales/supply contract terms; entering all customer contact information, activities and opportunities into customer relationship management system at least once per week; providing regular feedback and compliance with market assessments systems for marketing, forecasting, and product development; attending trade shows and sales meetings; working with law enforcement end users; and providing market and competitor feedback from the field. Rate of pay is 57054 per year and the work hours are the standard Monday through Friday with weekend work.
