Regional Asset / Property Manager

A privately owned and operated real-estate investment and management firm with residential and

commercial properties throughout Missouri.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Asset / Property Manager to implement and

manage long-term strategic initiatives for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the St.

Louis, MO / Kansas City, MO area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the high-level operations of the buildings as assigned which includes and is not limited to supervision of the onsite property manager and staff
• Ensure that all property staff adhere to policies and procedures
• Exercise common sense, good judgment, and consistency in day-to-day contact within all business-related matters
• Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget for the property, track, and report on the financial performance of the property and implement strategies for enhancing the value of the asset
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and manage the performance of the associates, and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of performance goals as needed and directed.
• Ensures that all assets are adequately insured against possible loss/destruction and that adequate liability is in force covering all areas that could be subject to claims

• Monitors and reviews all contracts
• Other duties as assigned or arise in the course of business
