We are looking for the right person to fill our Continuous Process Improvement Specialist opening. This is a full time, on-site position with a reasonably flexible schedule, located at our headquarters office in St. Charles, MO. There will be domestic and foreign travel required up to 50%. This Process Improvement Specialist position salary begins at $80,000 plus the opportunity to earn yearly bonuses. We are looking for an outgoing, detail oriented, motivated individual to develop and sustain efficient operational methods for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain that improve profitability. A successful continuous process improvement professional will collaborate with production and engineering team to understand operations, and develop solutions to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals across our facilities worldwide. The highly qualified candidate will use their experience and knowledge of RAPID Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing to create, update, and help develop a workflow for continuous improvement request processes (CIR).

As a Continuous Process Improvement Specialist you will be able to apply your experience in determining metrics and analytics to create comprehensive dashboards to monitor the progress and effectively communicate with leadership. Driving projects to increase productivity, reduce lead-time, improve quality, and cost savings. Identifying manufacturing capabilities and limitations; calculate production capacity and coordinate with production control team. Analyzing and ensure material transactions are executed properly, accurately, and timely. As well as improve labor productivity through the development/deployment of best-known methods and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Key skills necessary to be able to perform the above mentioned duties would be project management, planning, strong prioritization. Experience in ERP systems, SQL and other programming skills are a plus as well as a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, finance or similar focus. Working in a reporting environment. With proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports within demanding timescales. Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel skills.
