We are offering a full time, on-site position with a reasonably flexible schedule, located at our headquarters office near the intersection of Highway 40 and 94 in St. Charles County. This Accounts Payable Specialist position hourly range is $18/hr up to $20/hr plus the opportunity to earn yearly bonuses. Responsibilities

• Complete 3-way match and resolve discrepancies.
• Validate approval on invoices and check payment requests.
• Coding vendor invoices to the correct legal entity and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process checks, ACH and wire payments for multiple legal entities.
• Review, verify and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Validate petty cash receipts and record in general ledger accounts.
• Update and maintain vendor database.
• Maintains vendor historical records by filing documents.
• Reconciles vendor statements.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Special projects as assigned.

• Ability to utilize the internet for processing of ACH and wire payments to vendors.
• Ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 1-3 years' previous accounts payable experience preferred
• Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
